Sure! If the design you are interested in currently has wording for a wedding, for example, you can change it so it suits a bridal shower, baby shower, engagement party, etc,... Just leave us the changes you'd like in the message box part of checkout.

Many of our designs are floral bouquets or greenery which really cannot be changed. However, don't hesitate to inquire about a specific design.

If you'd like to change the color of the font, just let us know what you have in mind in the message box part of checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.

If you choose to send your order directly to print without waiting for a digital proof, your order will ship in 2-3 business days.

If you choose to see a digital proof first, it will be sent via Etsy message in 1-2 business days. Your order will be put on hold* until I receive a response/approval. Once the proof has been approved, I ship in 1-2 business days. *If we do not receive a response to the proof after 2 business days, we will ship without approval.

If you are in a super-duper rush, let us know and we will get your proof and order out as soon as our current schedule allows.

We work Monday-Friday. Our hours can vary from day to day. Occasionally, we work on weekends but try to reserve this time for ourselves and our family so don't be alarmed if you contact us on the weekend and don't hear back until Monday.

We only offer printed stickers and labels. They are not available in a printable format.

Due to copyright issues, we do not offer free proofs. We're happy to make changes to the proof so you are 100% happy with how they'll look!

Digital proofs are optional for a $6 fee. There is an option to choose a proof when placing your order. If you choose to see a digital proof first, it will be sent via Etsy message in 1-2 business days. Your order will be put on hold until we receive your approval to print. If after 3 business days we have not received a response, your order will ship without approval.

If you choose to send your order directly to print, you can trust that we will use our best judgment and design expertise to create a product you'll love! Please check spelling, dates, and preferred punctuation. If there is any confusion regarding your requests, we'll contact you for clarification. Be sure you include ALL the text you want on the stickers.

Sorry - we don't do solid colored backgrounds with our labels. We use enterprise grade laser printers to create your labels (instead of inkjet as some other shops might) to give you the absolute best print quality possible without smudging. However, printing solid backgrounds has a tendency to jam or damage the components of our machines.

Additionally, text and design colors rendered on top of solid backgrounds will significantly change the overall look of the designs from our listings. Printing our designs on white labels means that your label's design will stand out for your special occasion.
